Role: Senior Product Manager - Retail Products  Location: London  Area of Responsibility:  - Manage the Bank's retail liability products  - Build and maintain alternate channels for originating retail liabilities with the objective of reducing cost of funds  - Manage travel solutions, mobile app, tab banking, and other products of the Bank  - Design, enhance and manage retail products and platforms to support the Bank's strategy   - Work on a digital transformation project team  - Ensure product, pricing and promotion effectiveness   - Drive product profit and loss for retail liabilities and other products   - Enhance new and existing customer relationships through activation, upgrade and retention programs  - Build marketing programs and promotions   - Undertake product reviews and document changes / improvements from time to time  - Adhere to and Comply with regulatory and other internal policies and procedures   - Work with internal stakeholders for effective and smooth implementation of product/process development and improvement initiatives  - Manage external stakeholders including third party suppliers/vendors to achieve business objectives, delivery of service improvement initiatives   Person Requirements:  - MBA from reputed institute with 7-12 years of work experience in Banking / Fintech / E-Commerce  - Strong background in product management  - Proficiency in digital tools and digital marketing   - Proficiency in analytics and use of analytics tools  - Sound understanding of technology tools  - Project/ Programme management Skills  - Design, create and effectively run business campaigns  - Understanding of banking products  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
