Senior Product Manager/Product Manager - Pharma

Job location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features for the healthcare network enablement platform.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare and insurance industry.

- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and communicate product updates effectively.

- Work closely with engineering teams to guide product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Meet Physicians and other Healthcare stakeholders to understand gaps in existing systems and products

- Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of platform features.

- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.

Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills):

- Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.

- Ability to craft out a go-to-market strategy for the Product platform. Map strategies to acquire targeted market share of the Product.

- Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.

- Strong requirement elicitation skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Acumen for creating Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.

- Strong attention to details and technicalities.

- Excellent analytics, organizational and technical skills.

- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Expected Educational Qualification and Experience:

- 8+ Years in a Product Management role

- 5+ Years in development of Clinic / Physician use clinical platforms

- Post graduation: MBA/ MHA

- Graduation: Any clinical background will be preferred (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, etc.)
