Job Description :
- Someone who has worked in a B2C company/ startup to manager the support process
- Enterprise Clients (Product/SAAS Integration) Not service based
- Define product roadmap consistent with the short term & long term strategy
- Understand the banking infrastructure and build integrations for seamless experience of all stakeholders; banking partners, customers & internal teams
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution & delivery of products
- Ownership of product metrics which are critical to delivering business goals
- Continuously challenge & disrupt the status quo across different realms of products & reach to newer heights of customer experience & operational efficiencies
