Senior Product Manager/Product Lead - Multiple Ventures

Opportunity : This will be one of a kind roles where a digital product person will work across multiple ventures !

The opportunity is with a highly respected Delhi based large business group.

The group has been operating various digital businesses for the last 2 years. To scale each of theses businesses, the group is looking to hire a Sr.Product Manager / Product Lead who will work in 3-4 eCommerce ventures.

The lead will work like an entrepreneur have great autonomy to define the future of the business.

Must have Requirements:

1) Solid Product Management experience in eCommerce companies (At least 3+ years of pure eCommerce product experience. Rest of the experience can be in any other role)

2) Preferred to have someone who has worked to support product management across multiple functions: Sourcing, Supply Chain, Delivery and Logistics, Payments, Marketing, Customer Service

3) Ability to prioritize among multiple several decision points

4) Ability to grasp business

5) Multitasking - ability to work across multiple ventures

6) Great Analytics

7) Startup attitude - ability to roll-up sleeves and do things oneself or lead and show the way

8) Entrepreneurial mindset

9) Great people management skills
