We are Urgently looking for Senior Product Manager for one of the largest Travel Conglomerate for their development center at Gurgaon. Details: - Must have exp in B2B Product Management experience in Payment gateway/ Payments domain - Min 4 years into Product Management role (driving product from inception through delivery) - 8+ Yrs of experience in technology and/or product management positions. - Travel industry experience is preferred. - B.Tech or MBA from a Premium College Only Responsibilities: - Set the development of the product strategy and vision for multiple products. - Develop the vision for developing a platform. - Evaluate the impact of trade-off decisions between programs and initiatives. - Maintain a high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. - Direct and control the activities of product management teams accountable for the development of new and existing tech products and features for the Gurgaon Product team. - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair a team's ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals. - Draw on analytical and quantitative skills, using hard data Competencies: - Excellent critical thinking and strong operating skills. - Platform Product skills- ability to dig into technical aspects. - Significant and demonstrable industry experience in managing product lines, preferably in e-commerce. - Experience managing a portfolio of products and/or projects and driving projects from inception through delivery. - Travel or hospitality industry experience, highly valued. - Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrable project management and organizational skills. - Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment. - Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent - Proven success in delivering technology products in a high growth environment - Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams If the requirement interests your, would request you to kindly share your updated CV along with following necessary details: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Min Joining time/Notice Period: Please feel free to connect with us shall you have any query.
