Exp : min 3 + yrs CTC : 30 to 35 lacs, Qualifications & Education Requirements : - We are seeking experienced product manager We are seeking a passionate Product management professional for the role of Product Manager. In this role, you will be part of the team that owns the technology platform which powers payments and solution around payments. - B.Tech/BE/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent and/or MBA from top business school - Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management and technology experience. - Previous Product Management experience in the Payment/Fintech company. - Strong desire to understand payments domain and payments industry. Prior experience working for a Payments/FinTech company enabling Card or Bank or Alternate Payments is a Plus and will be considered strongly. - Relevant experience in core product management, including customer analysis, market segmentation, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development. - Relevant experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures (REST APIs) - Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. - Strong ability to translate product needs to technology stakeholders and understand technology. - Experience leading and effectively managing a complex platform that is highly reliable and scalable. - Experience working with globalized products is required. - A technology background is considered a plus. - Metrics driven, can draw insights from large data sets to tune the Platform Capabilities. - Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team. - Stays on top of what is happening in the industry & molds the product to make it future proof. Role & Responsibilities : - Own & drive the end-to-end product strategy and growth for one or more top verticals . - Build best in class experience for developer community using Company's FINTECH products. - Review the documentation from the aspect of with User guides, Product demo, Integration tool kits, config guides, use cases, test environment, test cases for integration, and SOPs for integration support. - Establish processes to ensure that documentation is available, updated, improved proactively with the involvement of all stakeholders. - Build content engagement with merchants and developers around the API /product upgrades. - Create and publish guidelines for standards and the best practices with the help of stakeholders. - Establish a review process for API/Tools before effort goes into development to ensure that we follow the standards and the best practices. - Ensure that we keep solving and automating the user journeys for repetitive integration issues. - Ensure that we follow the best method and provide the best tools for integration. - Establish a process to gather feedback from the developer community SO, what do we offer : - A Competitive salary, including benefits - Modern offices with individual working spaces - Exceptional projects - Awesome teams that love finding ways of making things better, faster, stronger - Interesting growth prospects - ESOPs (SARs)
