Senior Product Manager - Online/Internet

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross functional stakeholders, merchants, and partners to build products that delight. This role is for someone who loves diving into the technical details while also driving the overall strategy. Success in this role will rely heavily on both technical prowess and the ability to influence a broad set of stakeholders.

What You will Do:

- Manage 2+ scrum teams consisting of 10+ engineers.

- Deploy various prioritization techniques to groom the backlog and drive the right impact at the right time.

- Leverage your understanding of the business and the customer to identify urgent and/or important work.

- Conduct agile ceremonies with Engineering, Design and QA teams

- Organize high-velocity, predictable sprints.

- Mitigate risks and remove blockers for scrum teams.

- Ensure items in the backlog meet the Definition of Ready and see the work all the way through to the Definition of Done.

- Evangelize the product roadmap and ensure alignment between scrum teams in US and India.

What You'll Bring to The Table:

- Experience managing 2+ scrum teams and 10+ engineers.

- 3-5 years of product management experience with overall experience of 8-10 years

- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; preferably Masters degrees in the same, or the equivalent in experience.

- Technical acumen to facilitate the design and development of software solutions.

- Experience partnering closely with US-based product managers and designers.

- A healthy balance of skepticism and curiosity

- Ability to influence without authority.

- An acute understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

- Ability to work under deadlines in an ambiguous environment.

- Relentless user-centricity

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with query languages such as SQL

- Building data visualizations in Tableau

Nice to Have:

- Experience with API development (RESTful and GraphQL APIs) and integration development

- Experience with data science tools like R and Python

- E-commerce experience

- CSM or equivalent scrum certification
