Senior Product Manager - Online/Internet (5-9 yrs)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product strategy and ensure successful product delivery. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product vision and execution.
What you'll be doing
1. Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
2. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to drive product innovation and differentiation.
4. Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business and customer impact.
5. Define and analyze key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
6. Coordinate and communicate product updates, features, and releases internally and externally to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
7. Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and growth
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management, with demonstrated success in delivering innovative and successful products in digital commerce market
3. Specific experience on Product Led Growth, eCommerce, or both
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic product decisions.
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
6. Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and best practices in product management.
7. Experience in Agile development tools like Confluence, JIRA, Redmine, etc.
8. Experience in managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to identify and resolve challenges effectively.
10. Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs, align their expectations, and balance competing demands.
11. At least 6 years of experience leading consumer facing products at large scale marketplaces or e-commerce companies
