Job description

1. The Product Manager will be expected to bring to the table High-level conceptual thinking about product / user problems.

2. Ability to bridge the gap between the business/market needs and technical requirements.

3. Candidate should have deep understanding of mobile & web products with vast experience in web standards, accessibility, information architecture and user experience.

4. The person should have min 5 years experience in all phases of the product lifecycle across platforms .

5. Ability to drive start-up teams to success, with Innovative and out of box solutions Work with creative, technical and marketing individuals at both ends of the ladder

6. The ability to articulate and defend product priorities and strategy in compelling manner

7. Willingness to take initiative, and the sheer ability to hustle and get things done

Educational Qualifications :

Graduates with 4-5 years of engineering experience in a product organization

OR

PostGrads with ~2-3 years of PM experience
