Senior Product Manager - OMS - eCommerce - IIT/IIM/ISB/NIIT

Client is a technology driven platform company that provides direct to consumer web commerce solutions for leading Retail Brands. Client, with its proprietary platform, integrates online and offline retail channels automating and optimizing Omni-Channel fulfilment. The platform provides brands with a single view of inventory. It helps reduce the costs and complexity of Omni-Channel transformation for brands by using their existing framework and systems.

Client solutions are currently used by brands such as Ray-Ban, Puma, Max, Lifestyle, Fossil and more. Client Omni-Channel platform comprising of technology, logistics and customer support enables brands and retailers to improve the post-click commerce experience of their customers. Recently Client has started venturing into the branded business by acquiring India rights for Lee & Wrangler
 
About this role :

This role would be responsible for owning the product roadmap & execution for Order Management System (OMS) that covers the order journey from creation to processing/ order fulfilment to delivery and similarly for returns/ exchanges as well. The objective of this system is to optimize order fulfilment, delivery & returns processing and make it seamless, user-friendly & more efficient for both warehouses & stores. All financial reports & analytics related to orders/ returns are also owned by this product track. The product owner of OMS has to ensure success of this product track while delivering product roadmap to achieve its objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Product experience: 4-7yrs in B2B SAAS platforms

- Engineering background with understanding of technical concepts is a must. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related experience

- Domain experience preferred: OMS/ WMS/ logistics management system or B2B/ SAAS platforms of retail/ e-commerce
