What You'll Do in Your Role:

- The Product owner is responsible for ideating, writing user story, collaborating with business, design, engineering, analytics & GTM teams to ensure the success of the product.

- They are deeply technical and can demonstrate excellence in SDLC, ideally developed through their experience working on large consumer facing apps (MAUs > 5Mn). Their most valuable skills will be in developing world-class digital products and experiences using the latest technologies and techniques.

- In addition to their outstanding product development skills, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with agile methodologies and should be fully conversant with Scrum so that they can demonstrate hands-on experience of developing core customer facing experiences.

- They will value face-to-face interaction with their team and their key stakeholders and enjoy working in close collaboration with peers from design, marketing, and technology backgrounds to successfully deliver high-quality software products that surprise and delight customers.

Responsibilities:

- Driving product strategy and product vision in their respective projects.

- Responsible for the end to end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch.

- Multi-functional team collaboration - interaction with users, designers, business stakeholders, engineers, other stakeholders to understand, gather, define and prioritize requirements.

- Conceptualization and detailing with wire framing/prototyping.

- Writing user stories and grooming those with design and engineering teams.

- Perform the UAT and oversee the go live of products/features.

- Defining the product road map (short term release plans and long term vision).

- Ownership of all product deliverables like documentation, marketing collateral, release trainings, external debriefings.

- Ensuring all deliverables are met on time and with expected quality.

- Certifying the product in terms of quality, performance and design requirements.

- Strong understanding of recent & emerging IT trends and technical architecture.

- Ability to handle ambiguity and change.

- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills.

- Stakeholder management and excellent communication & presentation skills.

- Art of negotiation and prioritization.

- Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.

Must have:

- Relevant experience: 6-9 years (relevant Product Management Experience)

- B. Tech + MBA from a Tier1 Institute

- Excellent knowledge and experience in building digital platforms

- Extensive experience in creating user stories, analytics, stakeholder management, project management, coordination with technical team for development and release

- Experience of working in agile product development teams

- Excellent knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Figma etc.

- Analytical working method and strong teamwork

- Visualize and Conceptualize ideas / features

- Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.)

- Strong appreciation of technology
