1. To ensure overall business direction through identification of key strategic segments for tapping profitable & quality business opportunities & launching new initiatives / products for Loans.
2. To ensure business development with a view to tap good quality revenue opportunities through various products and partner tie-ups
3. To work jointly with Manufacturing / Vendor partners in formulating / developing special promotion schemes for equipment business growth
4. To ensure product development, business development and market & competitor intelligence.
5. To help develop systems & processes for efficient transaction processing & information capturing through interaction with product partners, credit approvers, marketing unit and other value centres units.
6. To work closely with credit to launch programmes with the objective to extend offering to new segments/ products.
