Product Manager ( Senior ) - Marketing and BD ( IT Products)
We are looking for a marketing professional with Business Development experience in IT Products.
MBA from a tier 1 or tier 2 business school
Responsible for :
1. Responsible for overall marketing - targeted marketing, cold calls, and meeting revenue milestones
2. Expand business network through appointment of channel partners and setting up digital and physical campaigns to create avenues for new customer acquisition
3. Addressing and troubling shooting clients' difficulties
4. Working with the UX/UI teams to ensure usability, engaging with existing end users, and providing feedback as well as suggested/preferred features to the development/design teams.
5. Coordinating with the development team to enhance the product and chalk out a Product Roadmap
6. Weekly reporting on marketing and current implementation update.
7. Quarterly reporting to the board and update of the companies' financials and forecast for the upcoming quarter.
1. 3 - 5 Years in a sales/marketing role for a software and/or product development organization
2. Experience working with diverse technologies, business development, and as a part of Sales Teams
Required Skills :
1. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in emerging SAAS technologies
2. Good understanding of a Product Development Life Cycle
3. Target Oriented Approach
4. High-level overview of the Maritime Industry
5. Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - Ability to coach channel partners to successfully drive sales in different geographies
7. Team Management and motivation - Able to work with technology and business stakeholders internally and with end customers externally
8. Superior leadership skills with the ability to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.
9. Good understanding of software, mobile, Saas, cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
10. Preferred understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases
