Senior Product Manager - Loan Origination/Lending - eCommerce Platform (Hiring from Fintech only)

This position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of loan origionation systems, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence

Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align LOS features with business objectives

- To identify and address any operational gaps or discrepancies.

- Provide ongoing support to users and address any system-related queries or issues.

- Collaborate with product managers, IT teams, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product operations.

- Implement best practices to improve overall operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

- Serve as a liaison between product development and operational teams.

Qualifications:

- 5 + year experience in product manager, specifically with loan origination systems in the financial industry.

- Experience in product operations, preferably within the digital lending or fintech industry.

- Strong understanding of lending processes, loan products, and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with data analytics and a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
