Key Responsibilities: - To perform analysis of market/customer segments and understand any technology opportunity and conduct strategic competitive analysis. Conduct market and customer research to shape future roadmap, develop product and solution concepts and present recommendations to senior management. Perform business case analysis (CBA) for new and existing products. - To support product marketing/sales proposals/decisions with comprehensive business rationale. - Lead early product sales pursuits. - Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet the customer's needs. - Interact directly with customers in an international setup to understand their requirements. - Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer messaging for product solutions and challenges. - Collaborate with Product Architects to define the marketecture and influence the technical architecture of the product. Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team. - Identify key initiatives by understanding business problems/pain areas or processes. Own initiatives that drive organization wide impact (in terms of cost, process improvement, quality, etc.). Drive key business metrics. - Review and appraise high performance, coach inadequate performance, and enable junior members of the team for high quality outcomes. Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in engineering from Tier 1 institute with 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Senior/Product Manager in software products. - Experience with B2B SaaS based enterprise products would be preferred. - Experience in product lifecycle management is required. - International exposure and ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams. - Excellent Stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and articulation skills. - Strong business/financial acumen and quantitative skills, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. - Domain knowledge of SCM/Warehouse is preferable. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a top tier institute is necessary - Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage
