Senior Product Manager - IT

1. Connect the dots between business goals and consumer problems.

2. Identify market opportunities qualitatively and quantitatively, translating this opportunity into a product vision and building a roadmap.

3. Writing great specs and managing product execution with finesses, support product definition, goals and requirements with data & validations.

4. Conduct multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and bash all the myths.

5. Engage with customers & partners, dig deep and dirty into data and identify hidden gems which will help us build great products.

6. Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketers and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap.

6. Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.

7. Prioritize projects according to market needs and business priorities, continually evaluate the performance of products and features against goals and develop recommendations for improvement

8. Identify and own meaningful metrics for success and moving them dramatically.

9. Prepare and present executive management updates on key initiatives. Communicate clearly at all levels in the organization, including senior management.
