Senior Product Manager - IT

Work with product head to define the product strategy and road map

- Analyse user behavior and identify key pain points, objections of users

- Come up with solutions to solve consumer pain points and translate them into product features.

- Come up with product features that act as marketing tools for business growth

- Work with business stakeholders to define new feature scope documents.

- Work with UI/UX designers to deliver product specification documents that can be shared with the technology team

- Prioritize new feature development and corresponding justification through an on-going framework

- Prior experience in development/product management on the Facebook platform is a plus.

- Identify tools and services that can be deployed quickly to cut down development cycles or on-going reliance on the technology team

- Develop sales tools and collateral

- Thorough in data analysis feature modelling based on data.

- Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

- Be an expert with respect to the competition

- Act as a leader within the company
