Senior Product Manager - From Idea to Launch

We are looking for a talented and passionate person working in Technical Product Management of IT Product organization. As part of Product team, you can be part of fastest growing social live video streaming platform

You will work closely with Engineers, Testers, Sales, Customer Support and Operations team to generate Profitable revenue streams. You will also be responsible for requirements gathering, and writing technical specifications to ensure in-time and high quality product delivery. After delivery, you will use customer behavior insights and make data driven decisions for enhancing product road-map on a continuous basis.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented engineer with a solid experience and passion for building software products.

Major Responsibilities :

- Ideation of products and conceptualizing sophisticated but strong analytics solutions

- Analyse competition and conceptualize features to stay ahead of the game.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to balance business and technical objectives

- Turn high-level product development objectives into a comprehensive set of stories by leading intensive, multi-discipline, collaboration sessions.

- Collaborate with UI designers to understand and incorporate visual design, interaction modeling, and information architecture into functional specifications.

- Work with focused and cross-functional 6 - 8 members team consisting of developers, testers, and DevOps professionals to deliver highly scalable product components

- Understand and actively advance best practices through customer feedback and research.

- Ensure visibility to all stakeholders by superior tracking and reporting quality metrics.

- B.Tech/ M.tech from any of the premiere institutes with appx. 5 - 7 years of experience S/W Development and 1 - 3 years in Product management later on.

- MBA from a premiere institute is a plus.

- Deep understanding of Mobile App Development, Android and iOS ecosystems

- Experience in designing and building high traffic and scalable B2C platforms.

- Has successfully led a team of 5 - 7 Developers in fast evolving S/W development life-cycle.

- Experience in using Analytical tools and be able to derive actionable insights.

- Very comfortable with fast evolving Technology like NoSQL Databases, Android, iOS and Open Source Java frameworks

- Self-starter, accustomed to working in a changing environment, who enjoys and takes pride in technical solution

- Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varying audiences.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation and listening skills
