Senior Product Manager - Internet/Online

About The Vertical:

We are looking to build our demand vertical within the product management function, this team would look after all our customer-facing digital properties. The ideal fit would be people who are passionate about understanding customers- behavior and building great customer experiences across the lifecycle which will fundamentally evolve how people take loans in India, gold loans to start with.

What You'll Do:

- Define product roadmap consistent with the short term & long term strategy

- Understand the customers to build a smooth user experience throughout the loan journey

- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution & delivery of products

- Ownership of product metrics which are critical to delivering business goals

- Continuously challenge & disrupt the status quo across different realms of products & reach to newer heights of customer experience & operational efficiencies.

What You'll Need:

- Senior Product Managers: 4 - 6 year experience in product management

- Build & scaled customer-facing product(s)

- B Tech. or MBA from a premier institution
