Senior Product Manager - Internet/Online

Job Description:

- Define and execute product initiatives to work towards strategic business goals.

- Collaborate across product areas, business stakeholders, legal, policy teams to manage product roadmap spanning short term and long term

- Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, connect with customers (online and offline) to derive insights and take accountability to dive closure.

- Launch new products features, test their performance and iterate

- Engage closely with engineering team to determine the best technical implementation as well as reasonable delivery schedule -

- Identify growth opportunities by conducting customer research and analyzing market dynamics

- Be voice of the customer to evangelise and drive features

- Launch solutions that solve customer challenges

- Present concepts, business rationale and research to key influencers and senior management

- Surface actionable findings and influence business decisions always acting as an advocate for customers; drive customer experience improvements

- Develop comprehensive AI/ML Product Strategy, leading Data Science and Engineering teams to execute multiple initiatives.
