It has around 100 customers in 23 countries in Europe and around the Mediterranean.  Job Location: Gurgaon  Job description:  - Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs / schedules versus customer benefits  - Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live  - Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behaviour and competition. Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action  - Engage in defining a strategic creative direction for product and marketing communication  - Provide analytics based insights to help marketing team optimize marketing spends  Job Specification:  - Bachelors in Engineering / IT (preferably Computer Science). MBA preferred but not mandatory  - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a techno business role/ Product Management  - Experience with a start-up will be preferred  - A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is a necessary criterion  - Understands tech/product/business and straddle all  - Must have a positive attitude and desire to break the traditional barriers in mobile product services
