Wishlink: Product Manager
What would you be doing?
- Work closely with the founding team to understand business goals and own product roadmaps in alignment with the goals
- Be on top of user behaviour - leveraging data, customer interactions, studying analogues etc.
- Ensure high product quality - closely collaborate with tech, design, and business teams
- Gather direct customer feedback and incorporate market research insights
- Drive product roadmap, maintain backlogs and manage sprints
- Understand the competitive landscape and our differentiators
- Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
- Analyse data to draw meaningful insights, and take actions to improve processes
- Design dashboards to track the team's progress and draw meaningful insights
- Create scalable processes to keep pace with the growth aspirations of the organisation
What we are looking for?
- If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media or eCommerce space - we like you already :)
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management role - start-up experience is a plus
- Extreme customer empathy - understand the human psyche well; unwillingness to compromise on user-centred design
- Very comfortable with handling large datasets and well-versed in data-driven decision-making - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and SQL is a plus
- Awesome communication skills, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to navigate through the dynamic, fast-paced work environment of an early- stage startup (super important) (marquee investor with strong consumer tech and products portfolio) and an amazing cohort of 40+ angel investors.
