Senior Product Manager - Internet/eCommerce

Job Title / Designation: Senior Product Manager

About IndiaMART :

This is a team lead role in the product management team of IndiaMART. As a product manager you will be working closely with a team of engineers and designers to manage the complete life-cycle of a product. Ability to understand user behaviour and requirements, deep understanding of web- technologies, research orientation and project management skills would be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, measure and analyze metrics for the success of products

- Lead a team of team of engineers and designers to work on product development life cylce

- Prioritize and Finalize new feature development requirements, enhancement and bug fixes

- Define the execution plan and resource allocation

- Manage the complete development lifecycle - requirement definition, development, testing and deployment

- Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases

Skill Set :

- Total experience of 2+ years in technology and product.

- Strong Analytical abilities

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Track record of defining and releasing successful products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Educational Qualification:

- B Tech/BE + MBA with 5+ years of experience
