Senior Product Manager - InsurTech Firm

The client is a leading Insurance player, which is at the forefront of leading and defining the Insurance industry in India.

Role : Senior Product Manager

Location : Bengaluru

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who would drive the customer experience on our digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Understand, evaluate and optimize customer journey and flows

- Design and run A/B tests to improve user journey and conversion of traffic to sales

- Define the positioning and develop roadmap of the products

- Manage delivery of superior product by liaising with business, tech team, designers and content writers

- Continuously gather customer insights, keep track of competition and improve product experience

- Own and manage product end to end - both on mobile / web platforms

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Master's degree with ~10 years of experience focused on managing front end consumer products in B2C environment

- Experience with front end product management in a B2C set up is a mandatory requirement, others please excuse

- Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well as inventing and launching successful features (both on web and mobile platforms), especially ones to increase online sales / conversion

- Go getter with creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps in product

- Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technology

- Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel

- Multi-channel Digital marketing experience a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of technology and business
