Senior Product Manager Role- Product / Senior Product Manager Experience- 4-7 years Location- Bangalore- onsite Notice Period- 30 days Responsibilities: - Strategies and lead growth initiatives to drive better onboarding experience, lower funnel drop offs and monetization via all channels to reach the next level of scale, impact, and profitability. - Identify and regularly analyze key growth metrics and optimize the growth strategy accordingly. - Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations to deliver an amazing experience from signup to purchase. - Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth - Drive execution on the roadmap, partnering with your development team, design, QA and cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements: - Overall 4-5 years of work experience preferably with exposure in - product led growth in the health/wellness or B2C industry - Evolved user empathy with good understanding of user research and persona to inform our websites and landing pages - Proven track record of owning impactful growth projects end-to-end from ideation, development, testing to launch - Knack for out-of-the-box thinking and ability to scope and prioritize larger efforts into more manageable and realistic goals. - Comfort with analytics, heat mapping and marketing automation tools like Google Analytics, Metabse, Appsflyer etc - Functional knowledge of bringing organic traffic by working with SEO and content team - Team building capabilities as you'll be responsible for coaching junior team members and interns as well as hiring new ones. - Can communicate effectively, influence without authority, and align a cross-functional team towards a common goal - Is detail-oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines - Enjoys working on complex, ambiguous problems with a diverse, multidisciplinary group of people in a fast-paced environment like the one at Mojocare!
