Job Requirements :
- 4 to 10 years of experience in product management.
- Online advertising platform experience is a must.
- 0 to 1 experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong operator with a can-do attitude, customer centricity, and high agency.
- A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
- Very strong acumen on analytics aspects of a product
- Judgment in applying machine learning wherever it can be a value add
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Expertise in scrum product development processes is required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop product vision and strategy
- Conduct surveys / speak with brands to understand their goals & needs
- Define success metrics (e.g. Campaign ROI) for brand life cycle in the platform &closely track them
- Own the product roadmap and work with the leadership team in aligning the same.
- Identify problems, create hypotheses, design and run experiments
- Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features.
- Mentor junior PMs and root for their success
- Stay on top of the market and competition.
- Own the success of your product
