Job Description : 

The product team is the key bridge that connects the business and tech teams with the end-user. We're looking for a senior product manager who will lead a lean team to manage products for both the B2B and B2C business. You- ll be working directly with the founders and the tech team to build the entire platform for consumers and jewellers. This will cover all of the Company B2C offering and part of the Company's B2B offering.

What will your job entail:

- Deeply understand the needs of current and target users as well as our technology stack.

- You will need to understand technology as well as overall business processes such as finance, settlements, logistics, KYC regulations etc - both for our proudct as well as our Partners.

- Conceptualise and deliver simple, smooth experiences for our users.

- Conceptualise, design and launch mobile apps both for consumers and jewellers.

- Be able to independently work on small design and content inputs required and effectively managed outsourced partners for content and design.

- Work closely with the business head and other stakeholders to formulate and execute the roadmap.

- Work with APMs, developers, designers and QAs to deliver quality experiences for our users.

- Own the product strategy of the consumer facing platforms and prioritise for experience and ROI.

- Prepare accurate product requirements documentation and stakeholder documentation to ensure all functions are in sync.

- Work closely with the customer support team to identify gaps and pain points and solve for them.

- Work with the marketing team to quickly respond to feedback, plan promotions and keep iterating to optimise the user experience and marketing productivity.

- Ability to work directly with the engineering team to develop and manage analytics for the various products.

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of work experience, 3+ years in product management, strong background in technology.

- 1+ years of experience in the fintech domain

- Strong hold on design thinking and some experience in hands on UI/UX. A keen eye for design is a must.

- Prior experience in building consumer-facing web and mobile applications. Clear communication, documentation and wireframing skills

- Past experience must depict working fairly independently and delivering product features end to end, right from user research to production.

- 0 to 1 product experience with a go-to-market launch is a must have

- Experience in conducting effective user-research with actionable insights

- Strong grasp at product analytics and business metrics

- We are expanding to other countries and over time, your responsibility will expand to cover international products in addition to India.
