Requirements

About this Role:

As the product manager, you will own and drive the vision and road map for our goal-based saving product. You will be responsible for evangelising and executing the road map. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders cutting across business, technology, regulatory, and industry. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and detailing solutions.

Finally, you will be key in helping us maintain our product agility, and extend our leadership in delivering innovative product solutions that run reliably at scale.

This role will require deep problem-solving acumen as well as strong communication skills. Most of all it will require a proven track record of shipping world-class product solutions, preferably in the financial services products.

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of financial services, industry trends, ecosystem levers, technology development, and evolving customer needs

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Analytical and data-driven; ability to derive actionable conclusions from data sets , pilot experiments

- Proven ability in delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment

- Team player; ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally

- Experience in influencing disparate stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams across

- Comfortable working with technology, analytics, and product teams

- Build and grow product teams

- Currently handle a consumer product with at least 100K DAU

Good to Have:

- Tech Background + Tier 1 MBA

- Background in B2C Product Organisations

- 4+ years of Product Management experience

- Building products from 0 to 1

- Handles products with 1 million+ users
