Senior Product Manager - eLearning

Position: Sr Product Manager

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Work Location: Hyderabad (All 5 days working from Office)

As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring that it remains at the forefront of e-Learning and meets the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eLearning platform in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, engineers, content creators, and QA, to drive the end-to-end product development process.

- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide development efforts.

- Prioritize feature development based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

- Create and maintain a clear product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered in a timely manner.

- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, consistently seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the user experience.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Analyze product usage data, conduct A/B testing, and gather user insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.

- Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and progress to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience with minimum of 10+ years as a Product Manager in the eLearning or education technology or relevant industry.

- Strong understanding of eLearning platforms, online education trends, and educational technology tools.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
