Senior Product Manager - Education

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

Experience:

- 6+ yrs of overall experience with at least 4 years of Product management

- Experience in building and launching B2C products and services

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualizing value propositions, planning and delivery, driving adoption/growth, operations, and unit economics

- Strong data/analytical skills with an ability to define relevant metrics, drive data instrumentation and analyse the same for decision making

- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing and evolving environment

- Excellent written and verbal skills

- Ability to manage and collaborate with peers and stakeholders up, down and across

- Problem-solving aptitude with an ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Education:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or related education from a Tier 1 college, preferably Computer Science

Additional good-to-haves:

- Experience in building Ed-tech (Online Education) products

- Entrepreneurial experience

- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
