Responsibilities:
- Well versed with LMS as product preferably from Edtech / E learning domain. Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LMS business.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Lead Competitive analysis to maintain view of how LMS business platform space is evolving and customer expectations. Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
- Collaborate to users and internal stakeholders to explain product benefit.
- Responsible for full life cycle development of LMS product.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. MS degree in a technology-related field
2. Experience building enterprise platforms for global companies or diverse customer base (direct, agencies, partnerships)
3. Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
4. Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including keen understanding of mobile, social, and advertising ecosystem in b2b space.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
6. Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
7. Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
