Sr Product Manager (eCommerce Startup)

- We are hiring for one of our clients which help home buyers realize their dream by delivering Content, Community, and Commerce on a single platform. We combine technology and human touch to deliver an end-to-end service from discovery to possession and beyond for buyers of new properties.

- Our market leading innovations that include TruePriceTM and TrueLegal ensure that buyers have the most transparent information when it comes to home buying. roof and floor is a startup supported by the prestigious Hindu newspaper Group and is co-founded by a group of IIT- IIM-McKinsey-InMobi alumni.

Responsibilities :

1. The end-to-end responsibility of user facing products on web and mobile - Define success criteria for the product and drive towards achieving it.

2. Drive product improvements and optimizations that will improve product quality, delight users, increase conversion and drive growth

3. Understand user requirements by doing primary/secondary research and analyzing data. Create PRDs/User Stories and maintain the prioritized product roadmap.

4. Obsess with data and come up with meaningful insights which drive your hypothesis around how to improve the product with statistically significant data-points.

5. Create high fidelity mocks and wireframes of product concepts and work with the UX team to create the final design.

6. Follow agile product development methodologies and work closely with engineers to ensure product gets delivered within committed timelines.

7. Work with business teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales) to define the product positioning, Go-to-Market strategy and bring in the first $$ or the first few customer usage.

8. Own the Product Roadmap and communicate product priorities across the organization.
