Senior Product Manager - eCommerce - IIM/MDI/FMS/XLRI

Position : Senior Product Manager

Location : Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai

Must Haves :

Years of experience : 4-10 years

- Tier 1 Institute (IIMs, MICA, N.M.I.M.S., J.B.I.M.S, FMS, SP JAIN, MDI, XLRI) with consumer marketing experience

Educational Qualifications :

- B.E. / B.Tech from a good engineering college

Position Summary :

- Responsible for complete ownership of the product including product features and roadmap

- Conduct market landscaping and competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity for business

- Define key product matrix along with Product Head

- Develop innovation pipeline and define product road map in the medium to long term in order to meet business objectives

- Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc.), impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc

- Ensure timely and smooth roll-out of product by establishing a productive working relationship with User Experience Team, Technology, QA Teams

- Track success of the defined matrix and workout plan of action to achieve results

- Collaborate with marketing to develop go to market plans

- Design and establish operations processes to support product delivery

- Evangelize product with customers both internal and external and take ownership of end to end functionality to ensure success of product features

Skills/ competencies :

- Strong analytical skills

- Understanding of technology and experience with software products or online products is required

- Demonstrated business, communication, and teamwork abilities

- Ability to keep abreast of new happenings in the internet space

- Technical product management experience

- Previous relevant experience in product Development is desired

- Should be an innovator
