Senior Product Manager
Job Description:
- As a Senior Product Manager with us, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and execution of our products, on our website & app.
- The ideal candidate should have previous experience with leading e-commerce companies. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in e-commerce to enhance our platform and deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth: Own responsibility for driving growth from app & web through conversion- optimization and engagement driven initiatives
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with multiple teams, specially marketing and tech, to develop and refine the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive informed decision-making and continuously optimize product performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive, seamless, and delightful experiences for our customers.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all products and features meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
- Communication: Clearly communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on online-only e- commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
