Senior Product Manager - Digital Lending - Home Loan

Profile:

Looking for candidate having experience in Service request management, complain management, developing DIY for customers. Identifying process gaps and enhancing.

- Collaborate with the digital team to build and execute customer journey and improve TAT

- Work with business analytics team to identify potential foreclosure and retention accordingly

- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area

- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders

- Driving services best-in-class for customer experience

- NPS score, Retention numbers and incidence ratio, complaint ratio, NIL resolution beyond TAT
