Designation : Sr. Product Manager
The role requires you to manage the website and online assets to maximize traffic and improve customer acquisition. You would work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and effective execution of platform strategy and roadmap.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Own the website and backend as a platform both in terms of delivering user experience, driving organic traffic and acquisition funnel
- Manage front end buyer experience, back end fulfilment experience
- Implement the roadmap and feature definition for the e-commerce platform
- Develop product development and launch strategies (end to end) that put customers first while helping the company meet business goals
- Website performance/optimization from both architecture and business perspectives
- Analyze data and identify areas of improvement to positively impact business by improving key metrics such as Visitor to Conversion
Professional Competencies :
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role in E-commerce with a focus on delivering new products
- Experienced in management of user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, purchase funnel and promotional campaigns
- Highly granular & hands-on. Constantly test own products and should have the ability to define product specs from scratch
- Strong understanding of relevant technology capabilities/constraints;familiarity with common web/mobile platforms/techniques; hands on experience preferred
- Good knowledge of SEO and web analytics
