Senior Product Manager - Customer Facing Product
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Deep Customer Understanding: Conduct comprehensive user research (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey.
- Strategic Visionary: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring it prioritizes user needs and delivers exceptional customer experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, customer success) to translate strategy into actionable product initiatives.
- Product Ownership: Own the product roadmap, defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish a robust system for tracking and reporting on user engagement, satisfaction, and business impact of product changes.
- Innovation Champion: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, actively seeking new ways to improve the customer experience.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a strong product management team.
