About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the customer-facing product experience, focusing on optimizing the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for owning the vision and roadmap for the customer experience, driving product development initiatives that enhance user satisfaction, and ultimately delivering business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deep Customer Understanding: Conduct comprehensive user research (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement across the entire customer journey.

- Strategic Visionary: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals, ensuring it prioritizes user needs and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, customer success) to translate strategy into actionable product initiatives.

- Product Ownership: Own the product roadmap, defining clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

- Metrics & Reporting: Establish a robust system for tracking and reporting on user engagement, satisfaction, and business impact of product changes.

- Innovation Champion: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, actively seeking new ways to improve the customer experience.

- Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering a strong product management team.
