Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience & Supply Chain - eCommerce

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Ideal product manager will be strong with data and analytical skills.

2. He/She should be willing to be on-hands and understand problems at the ground level. If you can't roll up sleeves while working deep in trenches, this role is not for you.

3. He/she would be passionate about understanding customer problems and solving the same

4. He or she will develop an understanding of company's Post Order Process, Supply Chain and operational metrics and continuously work towards improving these. The product manager is able to prioritize features based on business impact and work with engineering team to deliver the roadmap.

5. Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities

6. Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

1. 5+ years- of product management experience in ecommerce operations/supply chain management (warehousing, order management, logistics). BE from premier schools. MBA a plus.

2. Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks.

6. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle

7. Good track record in designing and shipping software products over multiple product life-cycles

8. Bonus points: Must have worked in an Agile model.
