Senior Product Manager - Consumer Internet/Online/eCommerce

Role : Senior Product Manager-Customer Experience/CRM/Consumer Experience

About The Role : 

- You will partner with a talented team of Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, CRM and Marketing team and have complete ownership of the customer communication framework.

- You will be responsible for running experiments, formulating relevant communication, prioritization framework for customer communication including emails and push notifications, and delivering a highly personalized user communication.

Job Requirements : 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager.

- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives and products/services.

- Create short term & long term customer experience road map.

- Transform user problems into validated solutions leveraging all possible consumer touch points, such as our Mobile apps and Website, Email and Push Notifications, Customer Experience and Marketplace Operations, and other possible means

- Create Product flows, wire frames, and prototypes.

- Monitor key success metrics for the product and deliver on targets.

- Manage product profitability and commercial success - own the business case.

- Provide input to product development teams and coordinate with the design team.

- Manage upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
