Senior Product Manager - Career Services
Desired Candidate Qualifications:
- A Skilled expert, with a total of 6+ years of professional experience.
- Computer Engineering degree (must have) with MBA - Marketing / Product
- 2+ years of work experience in top-notch product companies in product management.
- You have demonstrated the ability to work autonomously while pushing teams to achieve a common goal
- Previous experience in launching new products to market and executing readiness plans.

Work experience from edTech, Job Portals, or the Internet domain is preferred.- Ability to understand data and base his/her decisions on sound analysis.
- Translate problems into user-centric solutions and communicate that through the right documentation and clear communication.
- Team handling experience would be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities :- Develop the core vision, positioning, and messaging for the Career Services product.
- Own the product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps, and drive execution approach for the product.
- Connect activities and deliverables to business outcomes. Should have the ability to define the economic rationale for every major effort and translate it into metrics.
- Have the ability to be able to work & influence cross-functional teams: Content Product Team, sales, operations, business & finance. Should have the experience of managing healthy conflicts and drive people towards customer goals and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with external influencers, subject matter experts, business teams, and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team.
- Create and maintain a product plan which should include details like the Product definition, target audience, competition analysis, revenue estimates, and go-to-market strategy
- Manage a team of associate product managers in achieving success on all fronts
- Works closely with management, business, engineering, and operations teams during the process of course creation
- Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team on the new product
- Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for the product
- Work with sales and customer success to help close deals as needed and take the learnings into the product roadmap.
