Senior Product Manager

The Role Responsibilities :

- Product manager role primarily to monitor funnel conversion, working with tech and risk to build a strong pipeline for PL X sell product.

Key accountabilities :

1. To create PL X sell funnel with higher conversion and in depth understanding of process.

2. Work very closely with Tech, Sales and Risk to improve the funnel conversion.

3. Basic insights into segment level response and focus on the same.

4. Enable sales team to build dash board for tracking performance and funnel leakage.

5. To forecast conversion in sync with Business plan.

6. A mind of product innovation thinking and sense of marketing campaigns.

7. Define and develop process flow Phygital/hybrid models.

Our Ideal Candidate :

1. Minimum 3 years in Product management.

2. Hands on experience on funnels conversion, having worked with Banks or NBFCs.

3. Strong understanding of PL product, marketing strategies and Funnels.

4. Exceptional communication, relationship management and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity
