Job Description :
- The Product Manager Banking, will be responsible for validating the product strategy, product roadmap, feature definition and prioritization.
- Will also develop and evaluate business cases for new investments and monitor ROI.
- Job entails conducting market research, development of new product ideas, elucidating product requirements; determining specifications, development timetables, pricing, and time-integrated business plans for product introduction and continuous enhancement.
- PM will work with cross-functional teams and be responsible for pre-sales support, marketing, forecasting, and carry profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities across the product line. Will report into the business development head in the USA.
- Will create strong relationships with customers/partners and aim to increase CxO interactions.
- Work with partner ecosystem to drive additional business
- Retain and enhance close working relationships with all internal stakeholders - delivery, sourcing, legal and finance team
- Manage analyst messaging and positioning with respect to all product platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- 15 years plus functional experience in Banking /Financial services platforms/products.
- Product Management role/experience in Financial Services industry /exposure to markets in USA/Europe
- Strong understanding of Payments / Core Banking and Mortgage platforms is a must have, with good knowledge of market trends, disruptions and latest Product offerings in the market.
- Good Business Analysis, Pre- sales experience, Solution architecting for Software as a Service
- Strong understanding of domain, products, platforms and associated development services.
- Ability to create business cases to get management attention, confidence and investments. meticulous ROI planning.
- Ability to prioritize different business opportunities and provide clear direction and enablement to the delivery, solutions team.
- High energy levels and decision-making capabilities that support robust execution of plans
- Exposure to client management
- Strong communication and networking skills to foster collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all business levels within the respective markets, with a proven history of significant results
- Budget planning and tracking
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Travel to other customer location in USA and International locations may be needed.
