Senior Product manager

- 4-5 year's experience in a senior product management role at a startup that has experienced hypergrowth.

- Experience in Banking / Cards / Lending / Payments a major plus

- Experience at a successful startup building a product from almost the ground up is a plus.

- Cross-Functional experience/abilities a plus

- First principles thinker, able to find unique solutions to difficult problems

- Structured thinker, able to break up difficult problems into easier-to-solve components

- Excellent communicator, both written and spoken

- Intellectually curious and constantly hungry to learn

- Constantly hungry to iterate and improve processes

- Excellent at project management tools, including Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office, and Slack

- Excellent documentation skills, the ideal PM will ideally help our product team work asynchronously and on autopilot.
