Senior Product Manager - B2C - FinTech

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product & features roadmap for short-and long-term releases, based on business opportunities and market research.

- Drive the product and business-planning process with business and technology teams.

- Collaborate with Tech Development team to develop a deep understanding of customers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for same. Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with various teams to take corrective actions if needed.

- To oversee and manage the product on daily basis through data insights, customer studies, competitive comparisons & benchmarking, stakeholder interviews and closely work with tech team to build product strategy and release features.

- Build systems and controls to protect against credit and operational risk.

- Create a strong user experience for internal and external users

- Work with Business and Operations to engineer processes that meet required service levels

- Ensure timely and smooth roll-out and adoption of new product features.

Required Skills for this Role:

- 4+ years- experience in product management.

- Engineering or an MBA graduate from a reputed university

- Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing deliver against a multi-year roadmap

- Robust understanding of complex and scalable technical architecture for web and mobile applications

- Problem solver with strong analytical skills and comfort with data

- Proven track record of translating customer pains into product features, delivering delightful customer experiences that drive business results

- Exceptionally strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies

- Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
