Sr Adtech Product Manager
- Ad Tech Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive Ad Tech strategy aligned with the business goals and objectives of the Short Video Platform.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring the Ad Tech Systems meet and exceed user and business requirements.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in Ad Tech for short-form video.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and design, to gather and prioritize requirements for Ad Tech Systems.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, considering market demands, user feedback, and technical constraints.
- User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that Ad Tech Systems provide a seamless and engaging experience for both advertisers and platform users.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the performance of Ad Tech Systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of Ad Tech features and seamless integration with other platform components.
- Adherence to Industry Standards: Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to Ad Tech, ensuring the platform adheres to all necessary guidelines.
Education: Bachelor degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, computer science, etc.). MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience: 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on Ad Tech.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ad-serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and real-time bidding. Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms is vital.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
