Senior Product Developer/Product Lead - SaaS

Responsibilities

- Responsible for Implementing Agile Scrum process for product development across the organization

- Set project timelines and keep teams on task to complete milestones according to schedule

- Analyze customer behavior and roll-out new features to enhance revenues

- Document user stories, specifications and product features into a detailed work order to communicate across teams and ensure mandatory requirements are built accordingly

- Instrumental in successful re-launch of a B2B platform into the market by redefining the product strategy

- Generate Incremental Revenues by creating up-sell opportunities across products

- Define and analyzed metrics to measure the success of the products and fine tune product features to ensure market fit of the product

- Hands on experience in various agile tools such as Confluence, Azure Devops, Jira, Product Plan (Roadmaps) and Avion (Story maps)
