Senior Product Designer/UI Specialist - Tech Solutions Provider

A well funded, new age B2B tech solution provider in the blue collared space is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to build the brand, visibility and business growth.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI specialist) who will be able to create the exceptional user interface, will work closely with engineering and product teams to identify product requirements, brainstorm to craft simple solutions.

Skills:

- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in product design, working on multiple web and mobile products.

- Proficient in Sketch and Invision.

- Highly experienced with creating and maintaining a design system in Sketch.

- Excited by regularly coming up with new ideas, shipping new products, and features that address our users- needs.

- Eager to visually communicate your ideas through prototypes to test with users.

- Passionate about design and keep up with all of the latest design trends, case studies, and philosophies of what makes design great.

- Ability to create icons and simple illustrations as necessary (strong illustration skills a plus).

- Ability to design and prototype new and creative approaches to complex design problems.

- Excellent collaboration skills, including the ability to provide guidance and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

- intentionality: will look at each step, understand the goals behind each, and change processes & tools based on the project at hand. apply design principles when working within teams and should include things like communication, ownership of the product, etc., - things not directly tied to the hard skills of designing.

- big picture thinking: you will think cross-functionally, understand the business goals of what the team is trying to accomplish, and make decisions accordingly, Ultimately, you will be thinking higher-level goals of either making the company more money or saving cost.
