Responsibilities :

- Create an optimal design flow, taking inputs from product team's specifications & guidance metrics.

- Be cognizant of the impact of his/her design on the product in terms of consistency and coherence of flow, layout and copy

- Focus on timely delivery of flows working with the Lead Designer and Product Manager

- Own entire flows within one or more features

- Navigate through internal dependencies within design team and some external dependencies on development and product teams (product and dev collab)

- Mentor Designers within the team

- Participate in hiring activities

- Post on design forums like Dribbble etc.

- Drive productivity within own team by ensuring processes are followed

- OLA Rider Experience Design Team - makes our mobility services (including cabs, bikes, rentals, outstation and some super cool new ones ) fast, easy to use and highly personalised for every rider, across all markets. They also work on building a scalable design platform that is able to support these rapidly evolving businesses while embracing a diverse set of users.
