Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: - The Senior Procurement Manager eSourcing is responsible for building up, operationalizing and monitoring the procurement services (e.g. Content enablement, Contract mgmt, eSourcing, Sourcing Channel creation, process automation, Master data mgmt), globally. - Manage Procurement Operations Manage one or more disciplines (Content Enablement, eSourcing, Master Data Management) for the region in collaboration with any peer. lead as a senior escalation point. Ensure delivery of measurable value. - Manage end-to-end Procurement processes and standard operating procedures Drive operational excellence, process and technology standardization. Drive implementation of best practices. Continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT on Procurement technology roadmap. - Accountable for cross domain collaboration foster connections between domains and regions. Foster connections between locations within the procurement network. Own operationalization of strategic priorities in procurement (e.g. innovation, quality programs). - Coordinate the local service delivery of operational processes Coordinate the local service delivery of one or more operational processes globally, or regionally or country specific provided by the Services Centers or third-party providers. Ensure that globally provided services, processes and tools are being implemented in a standardized, efficient and compliant way to the benefit of the end-user community. - Partner with category teams, Global Service Centers and Global Process Owners and a strong business partnering with department Heads and CFOs. Ensure close business partnering with the country team members regarding all operational processes. - Lead country and GSC implementation, change management and adoption of global procurement systems, standards, processes and procedures. Drive standardization, continuous improvement and simplification.
